Establishment of evaluation index system of acute myocardial infarction clinical nursing pathway

摘要

摘要: 目的建立急性心肌梗死(AMI)临床护理路径评价指标体系.方法采用德尔菲法(Delpbi),由15名专家对拟定AMI临床护理路径进行评价,通过2轮问卷咨询,获得专家一致性意见,构成AMI临床路径评价指标体系.结果初步构建的AMI临床护理路径评价指标体系包括6个一级指标、25个二级指标和78个三级指标,各级指标选择意见逐步趋同.结论 AMI临床护理路径评价指标体系的构建为规范临床护理行为,实现专业、标准化的临床护理路径管理,提高专科护理质量提供了依据.
