  • Xuanfei Huazhuo Prescription is one of the "Gansu formulas" for the prevention and treatment of Coronavirus Disease 2019 patients, and is used in patients with the pulmonary blockage by damp-turbidity type. The pathogenic characteristics of the omicron strain infection of coronavirus disease 2019 presented in Gansu Province are dampness and venomous pestilence, mainly complicating epidemic virus with dampness. Pregnant women are a special susceptible group for coronavirus disease 2019, this research reported two proved pregnant cases infected with the omicron strain treated by Xuanfei Huazhuo Prescription and observed its effectiveness.
