Research progress of isokinetic technique and resistance exercise of elastic band in rehabilitation of cerebral stroke

  • Isokinetic technique has been widely used in the field of rehabilitation medicine, which has the advantages of high safety, repeatability and objectivity. This paper focuses on the research progress of isokinetic technique in rehabilitation assessment and rehabilitation training of stroke patients in recent years, and summarizes the effects of resistance exercise by elastic band on muscle strength, endurance and other motor functions of stroke patients with hemiplegia. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two training methods, the possibility of replacing muscle strength training equipment with isokinetic muscle strength training by elastic resistance exercise for hemiplegia was discussed.
