Clinical analysis of surgical therapy in treatment of 31 cases of three ankle fracture

摘要: 目的 探讨三踝骨折手术治疗的临床经验及疗效.方法 对31例三踝骨折采取切开复位内固定治疗.结果 31例均获得随访,时间 6～18月,平均10月,骨折愈合时间13 ～20周,平均17周.根据Baird-Jackson系统进行疗效评定,优19例,良10例,差2例.结论 三踝骨折手术治疗能够获得解剖复位,稳定固定,功能恢复良好是临床治疗三踝骨折的可靠方法.
