摘要: 目前乙肝病毒基因型分为8个,不同基因型间有8％以上的差异,基因型有明显的地理区域性分布[1-2].为明确本地区HBV基因型分布以及HBV基因变异及抗病毒疗效之间的关系,本研究拟采用PCR微板核酸杂交ELlSA技术探讨鄂州地区乙型肝炎病毒基因分型与应用α-干扰素进行抗病毒治疗之间的关系.
