  • 摘要: 目的 观察体外循环中持续性应用七氟烷对血糖的影响.方法 将体外循环(CPB)下行心脏双瓣或冠状动脉搭桥手术患者100例随机均分为2组:七氟烷组(观察组)所有患者CPB开始时即持续吹入七氟烷,至停机时不再给予静脉麻醉药;静脉麻醉组(对照组)转流期间静脉追加芬太尼、维库溴胺、咪达唑仑,CPB期间不予吸入麻醉.分别于CPB开始时(T1)、阻升主(T2)、复温(T3)、停机(T4)及手术后第24小时(T5)抽取血样检测血糖.结果 2组间比较各时间点血糖浓度均无显著性差异(P>0.05);2组内T3、T4这2个时间点比较,血糖浓度无显著差异(P>0.05),其余各时间点比较,血糖浓度差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 CPB中使用七氟烷与静脉麻醉对血糖的影响无显著性差异.
