Abstract: Glaucoma is an irreversible blinding eye disease, for which patients' self-management behaviors are crucial in controlling disease progression. This article outlined self-management behaviors and summarized the assessment tools, influencing factors, various intervention methods, and their effects on self-management behaviors among glaucoma patients at home and abroad, aiming to provide a reference for improving the level of self-management behaviors among glaucoma patients and ensuring therapeutic efficacy.
