MRKH syndrome misdiagnosed as imperforate hymen complicated with prolapse: A case report

摘要: MRKH综合征为一种非常罕见的先天性生殖系统畸形疾病,临床上易被误诊、漏诊。本研究对1例MRKH综合征误诊为处女膜闭锁伴脱垂病例进行报告,分析MRKH综合征的临床特征及误诊原因。Abstract: Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser(MRKH)syndrome is a rare congenital malformation of the reproductive system, which is easily misdiagnosed and missed in clinic. In this study, a case of MRKH syndrome misdiagnosed as imperforate hymen complicated with prolapse was reported, and the clinical characteristics and causes of misdiagnosis were analyzed.
