Effects of modified Bazhen Decoction and chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer after radical operation

摘要:目的 探究八珍汤加减联合化疗对胃癌根治术后患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法 将本院收治的68例胃癌根治术患者分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组采用常规化疗，观察组在常规化疗的基础上联合八珍汤加减，比较2组近期临床疗效、卡氏功能状态量表(KPS)评分改善和不良反应情况。结果 观察组进展率、稳定率、部分缓解率、完全缓解率、近期总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组改善率高于对照组，恶化率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论 八珍汤加减联合化疗应用在胃癌根治术后患者中近期疗效显著，可有效提高患者生活质量。Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of modified Bazhen Decoction combined with chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy and its impact on quality of life.Methods A total of 68 patients with gastric cancer who underwent radical gastrectomy in our hospital were divided into control group (34 cases) and observation group (34 cases). The control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy, while the observation group was treated with modified Bazhen Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy. The short-term clinical efficacy, improvement of Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The progress rate, the stability rate, the partial remission rate, the complete remission rate and short-term total effective rate in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). The improvement rate in the observation group was higher, and deterioration rate was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Modified Bazhen Decoction combined with chemotherapy for patients with gastric cancer after radical operation has significant short-term effect, which can effectively improve the quality of life.
