Effect of bundled nursing on phlebitis rate induced by pediatric venous indwelling needle

摘要: 目的：研究集束化护理方案对儿科静脉留置针致静脉炎发生率的影响。方法将2012年6月-2012年7月入院并使用静脉留置针输液治疗的547例患者应用常规护理方法设为对照组，将2012年8月-2012年9月入院同样使用静脉留置针输液治疗的552例患者设为集束化组，实施集束化护理方案。对比2组患者1～4级静脉留置针致静脉炎的发生率。结果对照组静脉炎的发生率为5.67％，集束化组为2.36％，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论集束化护理使可显著降低静脉留置针致静脉炎的发生率，值得推广。Abstract: Objective To study effect of bundled nursing on phlebitis rate induced by pedi-atric venous indwelling needle.Methods A toal of 547 patients with venous indwelling needles from June 2012 to July 2013 were given routine nursing and served as control group,while another 552 patients with same venous indwelling needles admitted in our hospital from August 2012 to September 2013 were performed with bundled nursing and selected as bundled group.The rates of phlebitis in degree 1~4 in both groups were compared.Results The phlebitis rates in control group and bundled group were 5.67% and 2.36% respectively,and there was significant sifference (P <0.01).Conclusion Bundled nursing can evidently reduce the phlebitis rate induced by venous in-dwelling needle,which deserves to be widely applied in clinic.
