全程护理对股骨颈骨折患者健康知识及舒适度的影响

摘要: 目的：探讨全程护理在股骨颈骨折患者围术期中的应用效果。方法将60例股骨颈骨折手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组实施全程护理，比较2组的健康知识、术后舒适度、疼痛程度、康复积极性、住院时间等。结果观察组术后在生理、心理、社会环境、文化方面的舒适度评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组的健康知识评分和康复积极性高于对照组，疼痛程度和住院时间少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论全程护理能够增加股骨颈患者的健康知识，使护理更有层次感和针对性，改善术后舒适度。Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of whole course nursing in perioper-ative period of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 60 patients with femoral neck frac-ture operation were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 30 pa-tients in each group.The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given whole course nursing.Health knowledge,postoperative comfort,pain,rehabilitation en-thusiasm and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared.Results Postoperative com-fort scores in the physiological,psychological,social environment,cultural aspects in the observa-tion group were higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Health knowledge score and rehabilitation enthusiasm in the observation group was high-er than that in the control group,the degree of pain and length of hospitalization time were less than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Whole course nursing can increase the health knowledge of femoral neck patients and improve postoperative comfort.
