摘要

摘要: 胫骨平台骨折属关节内骨折,应按关节内骨折要求早期切开复位、骨折内固定,解剖复位关节面,恢复关节的力线和稳定性,早期不负重关节功能锻炼,最大限度地恢复关节功能.其治疗的目的是获得良好的对位关系,使膝关节活动正常且无痛,减少创伤性关节炎的发生.目前,在C型X线机引导下微创小切口锁定加压接骨板(LCP)内固定正逐渐运用于胫骨平台骨折的固定[1],大大减少了手术暴露的范围及并发症的发生,能满足早期功能锻炼,避免关节功能受损[2].本研究采用在C型X线机引导下LCP微创治疗28例胫骨平台骨折,取得了满意疗效,现报告如下.
