Effect of additional propofol on intubation conditions

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨插管前追加小剂量异丙酚对气管插管条件的影响.方法 90例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级择期行全麻气管插管手术的患者,根据麻醉诱导异丙酚用量及给药方式不同随机均分为A、B、C组,诱导时3组均使用芬太尼1.5 μg/kg,1min后给予异丙酚,A、B组为1.5μg/kg,C组为2μg/kg,间隔30 s后推注罗库溴铵0.6 μg/kg,45 s后B组加注异丙酚0.5 μg/kg,3组均于罗库溴铵注射90 s后行气管插管.比较气管插管的条件及血流动力学的改变.结果 B组气管插管条件明显优于A、C组;插管后3minC组MAP显著低于A、B组,A、B组MAP无显著差别.结论 气管插管前追加0.5 μg/kg异丙酚有利于提高气管插管条件,且不增加低血压的发生率.
