摘要: 为探讨中央区淋巴结清扫术在颈侧淋巴结阴性cN0期甲状腺微小乳头状癌(PTMC)治疗中的应用价值,作者对本院2006年1月-2013年4月收治的经病理学确诊的PTMC患者39例行患侧甲状腺腺叶+峡部切除+同侧中央区淋巴结清扫术,并与行患侧甲状腺腺叶+峡部切除的23例进行比较,现将结果报告如下.
