Clinical effect of elastic stable intramedullary nails in treating pediatric tibial fractures

摘要: 目的 探讨弹性髓内钉治疗儿童胫骨骨折的临床疗效.方法 采用弹性髓内钉治疗儿童胫骨干骨折16例.结果 16例全部得到随访,平均随访时间12个月；所有骨折全部骨性愈合,无钉道感染和畸形愈合发生.结论 弹性髓内钉闭合复位内固定治疗儿童胫骨干骨折,具有感染率低、安全、微创、可早期功能锻炼等优点,临床效果满意.
